Shipping Information

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receipt. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.2. Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping, which costs $12.95. Orders will arrive within 10-15 business days after shipment.
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping via EMS for orders over $50. Free shipping may take 15-25 business days after shipment.

We ship worldwide, excluding certain remote areas in Asia and some other isolated locations.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.

You can return any item within 15 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the items are unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
2. How to Return or Exchange

After receiving confirmation from our team, carefully pack the items you wish to return and ship them back to us.
Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days after the return is processed.
4. Non-Returnable Items
