We want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return and exchange process.
Return & Exchange Policy
Return period: You can return or exchange an item within 15 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags still attached.
Shipping costs: Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support with the following details:

Product(s): [List the item(s) you want to return or exchange]
Reason: [e.g. wrong size, not as expected, defective, etc.]

We will respond within 24-48 hours with further instructions.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
The refund will be issued via the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
Exchange Process
If you request an exchange, we will ship the replacement item after receiving the returned product.
If the item you want is out of stock, we will offer a refund instead.
Shipping Details for Returns
Please use a trackable shipping service (such as DHL, FedEx, EMS) to ensure safe delivery of returned items. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
Note: We currently do not offer returns or exchanges to customers in Asia and select remote regions. Please check your shipping eligibility before placing an order.
