Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return and exchange process.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Return period: You can return or exchange an item within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags still attached.

  • Shipping costs: Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support with the following details:

Product(s): [List the item(s) you want to return or exchange]
Reason: [e.g. wrong size, not as expected, defective, etc.]

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The refund will be issued via the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Exchange Process

  • If you request an exchange, we will ship the replacement item after receiving the returned product.

  • If the item you want is out of stock, we will offer a refund instead.

Shipping Details for Returns

Please use a trackable shipping service (such as DHL, FedEx, EMS) to ensure safe delivery of returned items. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Note: We currently do not offer returns or exchanges to customers in Asia and select remote regions. Please check your shipping eligibility before placing an order.
